WARREN H. OSGOOD (Pepper) age 67 of Maple Grove passed away June 8, 2012. Preceded in death by parents Warren and Irene Osgood and son-in-law Dean Schmidt. He is survived by daughter Terri Schmidt (Cory Klabunde) and son Greg Osgood (Kristin Archer); Grandchildren , Nicole (Mike) McLachlan , Jason Osgood, Tyler Schmidt, Blake Schmidt, Austin Schmidt and Mason Schmidt. Siblings; Gail Bogan, Chad (Phyllis) Osgood, Pam Ohman, Kirk (Deana) Osgood, Denise (Bob) Gadacz; many nieces and nephews; Nancy Welch and the entire Welch family; Jackie Whelan and the rest of his dance family; and many other relatives and friends.
He was an incredible man and a friend to all. He touched so many lives and left a lasting impression in our hearts and smiles on our faces. The many wonderful memories he's created for us all will remain forever.
Funeral Service Tuesday 1 pm at David Lee Funeral Home in Wayzata, with a visitation one hour prior to service. A luncheon following the service at West Medicine Lake Community Club in Plymouth.
It is with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes that I report to you, Warren Osgood, Pepper, as we lovingly called him, lost his battle this morning with the cancer that he was so courageously fighting. He died at 6:15AM, surrounded by family and loved ones and is now with GOD. The good news, of course, is that his suffering is over - I can only imagine the pain and discomfort he was in, even though the drug \'cocktails\' kept him from feeling that pain. It is never enough to say, "He will be missed!" but his sense of humor, infectious laugn along with that sharp wit, will indeed be missed. Wayne LaRoche 06/08/2012
