Susan Clift

Marital status: Single
Occupation: retired otolaryngologist
Comment: I spent my career as an otolaryngologist at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska.  I got to travel all over Alaska and did probably 2000+ major ear surgeries.  Best ENT job anywhere.  Retired 10 years ago.
I still live in Alaska and love exploring Prince William Sound in my boat. This is me and my neice Linnnea for whom I named my boat, Linnea Borealis.

Judith Cumming (LaSalle)

Marital status: Married
Children: 1
Occupation: Retired
Comment: Loving retirement! I've lived and traveled many places over the years because Jim (my husband) was a Army officer. I'm looking forward to more adventures.

Emrys Current (Grant)

Marital status: Married
Children: 2
Occupation: retired teacher/guidance counselor
Comment:  Retirement has been a whole new way of life.  It is fun to challenge the "right" brain and not worry about deadlines, paper work, and such.  Travel, grandkids, pottery, marketing my children's book (Looking for Lucy) - (a shameless plug), reading, cooking, hanging out with friends, etc.  makes getting old all worth it.

Doug Donaldson

Marital status: Married
Children: 1
Occupation: Env. Planning Consultant
Comment:  After college I was in the Peace Corps (Senegal) where I met my wife, Pat.  I went to law school in San Francisco and we settled in Albany (in the East Bay) where Pat got a teaching job. We still live there.  I parlayed a summer job with an urban planning firm into a career as an environmental planner and continue to work part time.  We have one son, who lives nearby with his family, including a grandson we see often.

We have traveled extensively, most recently in Bhutan and India, but also in China, Nepal, Mexico, Equador, Belize, France, Great Britan, Iceland, and the western US, among others.

I like to bike to stay healthy, and rode the Bicycle Tour of Colorado this June with a friend and his son from Arden Hills, MN.

Still happy to be alive, and hope to keep it going for a few more years!

Jane Downing (Downing)

Marital status: Committed Relationship
Occupation: retired
Comment: This is our "whatever happened to_____" moment! I'm retired now after 40 years in residential interior design and a real estate agent in CA. Enjoyed living in New York City, New Canaan, CT,

Old Lyme, CT and the San Francisco Bay area for 30+ years. Was married and am now very happy living with the love of my life, Tim Lewis, in Marin County. Retirement is much more enjoyable and thoughtful than I had imagined. Wishing all of my classmates many happy days going forward!
